The activity carried out through this website is the publication of tourist information and the promotion of activities operated by third parties under affiliate agreements. It is not an activity subject to prior administrative authorisation, and this website is not a travel agency.

What this website is for

The purpose of sevillaqr.com is to provide information about Seville and Andalusia and to present tours, activities and day trips operated by third parties. sevillaqr acts as an affiliate: it selects and describes the activities, and gives access to the booking system of the company that operates each one.

Booking any activity is done directly with the operating company, through its own booking system, which is embedded on the activity page. sevillaqr is not a party to that contract. It does not process, manage or store the personal or payment details you enter in that system, does not issue the invoice and does not receive the payment.

The operator identifies itself and provides its contact details before you enter your payment details, and again in the confirmation you receive afterwards. Anything to do with the booking, the payment, a change, a cancellation, a refund or the way the activity is run is the responsibility of that operator.

None of this stops us from helping. If something goes wrong we will act on your behalf with the operator as far as we can, because that is the point of booking through a small local company. But we do so as an intermediary, not as the party responsible for the service.

Responsibility for the content

sevillaqr is responsible for the content it publishes directly on this website. Every activity has been reviewed one by one and the descriptions are written here, based on the information supplied by the operating company along with the photographs it provides.

We make our best effort to keep that information accurate and current. We cannot guarantee it is free of errors, nor that it reflects every change made by the operator, particularly in matters such as prices, timetables, meeting points and availability, which the operator sets and may change without notice. What the booking system shows you at the moment of booking, and what your confirmation says, always prevails over what this website says.

Intellectual property

The texts, the design, the logo, the source code and the Seville travel guide in PDF are the property of the owner of this website. The photographs of the activities are published with the authorisation of the company that supplies them and belong to their respective owners.

Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or commercially exploiting any of this content is not permitted without prior written consent. This applies in particular to the PDF guide, which is supplied for the personal use of the person who downloads it: it may not be republished elsewhere, shared as a file or sold.

This website contains links and embedded content from third parties, including the booking systems of the operating companies. sevillaqr is not responsible for the content, the services or the privacy practices of those third parties. Their presence here does not imply any relationship beyond the one described above.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the owner of this website is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties may go to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction. Nothing in this notice affects the rights that consumer legislation grants you as a consumer, which cannot be waived.
