Cookie policy

Short version: this website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not measure you. The long version is below.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device so it can remember something between one page and the next: that you are signed in, or which language you chose, or what you answered to a question it asked you earlier.

What this site stores: nothing of its own

Browsing sevillaqr.com does not place a single cookie of ours on your device. There is no analytics, so there is nothing counting your visit, and there is no banner asking you for permission because there is nothing to ask permission for.

The only exception is signing in to manage the website, which is something only we do. That does set the cookies that the system needs in order to keep the session open, and it does not apply to visitors.

The booking calendar

On an activity page, the calendar where you choose your date and pay is loaded from the booking platform used by the company that operates that activity. It is a third party, it works inside its own window, and it sets its own cookies there in order to carry your selection from one step to the next. We do not control them and we cannot read them.

It loads only on activity pages, never on the rest of the site, and it loads without asking because it is the very thing you came for: without it there is no availability to see and no way to book. What you type into it goes to the operator, not to us, as explained in the privacy policy.

The reviews widget

The block showing our Google rating is served by Trustindex, a European company. It loads a script from its servers in order to display public reviews, and we have checked that it stores nothing on your device. It does not identify you and it never receives what you send us through the forms.

What this site does not do

No analytics, no advertising cookies, no profiling, no tracking pixels from social networks, and nothing that follows you to other websites. We do not build a profile of you and we have nothing about your browsing to sell, share or lose.

If that ever changes, because one day we may want to know which pages are useful, this page will say so before it happens and you will be asked first.

Managing cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you see, block or delete the cookies a site has stored: in Chrome, under Settings and then Privacy and security; in Firefox, under Settings and then Privacy and Security; in Safari, under Preferences and then Privacy; in Edge, under Settings and then Cookies and site permissions. Blocking them for the booking platform will stop the calendar working.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that stores information on your device, this page changes with it, and the version in force is always the one published here. For everything else about your personal data, see the privacy policy.
